Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to our busy offices, supporting our sales and lettings teams with day-to-day tasks and projects. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be working closely with our Director, Sales and Lettings Managers, and their teams to ensure seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and upload documents to Vebra, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Director, Sales and Lettings Managers, and their teams, handling administrative tasks, answering queries, and maintaining office systems.
  • Update and maintain company websites, portals, newspapers, magazines, and window displays, showcasing properties and services effectively.
  • Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and monitor stationery supplies, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Produce and order brochures, window cards, and leaflets, highlighting properties and promotions.
  • Prepare and send letters and general correspondence to customers and clients, maintaining clear communication.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, ensuring prompt and secure delivery.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries during busy periods, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements & Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional time management skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, maintaining composure and accuracy when faced with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Brilliant attention to detail, proofreading, spell checking, and formatting to company standards.
  • A smart and presentable individual, able to represent the company professionally.
  • A self-motivated and independent worker, capable of managing own workload and making decisions when necessary.
