Pro Talent is seeking a talented Trainee Accountant to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills and expertise in accounting and finance, while contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements and accounting schedules, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assistance with bookkeeping, VAT return preparation, and control account reconciliations.
- Development of strong practical knowledge/experience of accounts preparation within a practice environment.
- Collaboration with senior colleagues to prepare quarterly management accounts for onward submission to clients.
Requirements:
- AAT level 3 or 4, ACCA or ACA studier with a minimum 1 year's experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, including Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks.
- Intermediate-level IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, for the production of letters and spreadsheets.
