**Job Title:** Senior Childcare Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Childcare Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children in our residential homes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in day-to-day management and operations of the home
  • Maintain a compliant, safe, and homely environment
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Staff Team
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff

 

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Have a minimum two years' experience working in social care

 

**Salary and Benefits:** The salary for this position is up to £43,908.80 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension scheme, travel expenses, Blue Light Card discounts, and others.
