About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RSCN to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Children's Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and supporting the development of our paediatric services. You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of care plans for children and young people with complex needs
  • Provide training and support to healthcare assistants (HCAs) to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RSCN qualification
  • Active NMC PIN
  • Experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
