We are seeking a talented LIncolnshire Civil Engineering Trainee to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our Communities team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of highway projects for our Lincolnshire County Council client.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in software engineering tools such as AutoCAD and gain a level 3 qualification in Civil Engineering. You will also be enrolled onto a bespoke internal development programme to support your career growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning. We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly, and a range of benefits including training opportunities and support from a dedicated early careers team.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with project leads to process information for existing plans
  • Develop data sheets, collect and analyze data
  • Help establish structural requirements to meet project needs
  • Support reports and information for clients
