Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position

Danaher & Walsh is a reputable civil engineering contractor operating in the Midlands, East Anglia, and Lincolnshire.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects in Lincolnshire and lead our team to success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Monitor budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
