Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Development and Stewardship Coordinator to join our team at Utah State University's Caine College of the Arts. This is a full-time position that will work closely with the Senior Director of Advancement and the Dean to plan and implement development strategies, communications, and fundraising/donor relations/alumni engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Senior Director of Advancement, Dean, and others as requested, including researching prospect data, gathering information, preparing communications and reports, and drafting development-related materials.
  • Assist with stewardship activities, including attending monthly Stewie Meetings with USU Advancement, researching unawarded scholarships, and maintaining a database to track stewarding activities.
  • Draft and send annual giving fundraising letters, emails, social media posts, and other forms of communication to potential and existing donors.
  • Assist with Dean's Office support as necessary, including back-up receptionist duties and other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Four years of related work experience; or an associate degree/technical training plus two years of related work experience is required.
  • USU/CCA experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with USU Advancement processes and databases is preferred.
