Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis for 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors to the department and provide assistance as necessary
  • Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area
  • Take incoming phone calls and answer queries
  • Receive and log deliveries and courier mail

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-30,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
