Job Title: Early Years Instructor

Join our team as an Early Years Instructor at Ultimate Activity Camps, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Years Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, structured sports, art, and play activities to children aged 4-5 years old.

As an Early Years Instructor, you will work closely with our Early Years Leader to ensure the welfare and safety of the children on camp. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, structured sports, art, and play activities to children aged 4-5 years old.
  • Work closely with the Early Years Leader to ensure the welfare and safety of the children on camp.
  • Prepare and deliver activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for the children in your care.
  • Supervise and engage with the children outside of activity times.
  • Recognize and adapt to the individual needs of the children in your group.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 years old in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Confident instructor able to adjust delivery and structure according to age and ability.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
