About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children, promoting their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and knowledge, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
