Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
- Above industry standard salary, with annual salary reviews
