The Opportunity
In your role as a strategic content leader, you will help Featurespace achieve its goals and deliver success on behalf of its customers by developing and executing a content strategy to enhance the visibility of the company's brand, product, mission, and values.
This includes managing stakeholders and business priorities, using strong project management skills to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of content such as awards, podcasts, and videos.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating engaging written and visual content aimed at attracting and converting target audiences, with a focus on producing effective marketing materials, including email campaigns, website landing pages, and social media posts.
As a member of a dynamic team of supportive and driven individuals, you will work collaboratively to value curiosity, integrity, and collaboration.
This is a hybrid role based in our Cambridge or London office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office three times a week. If you're interested in the role but require more flexibility, please speak to us.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and implement the content strategy for Featurespace, including expanding on thought leadership outputs – working with the Featurespace Innovation Lab and subject matter experts to highlight the brilliant new ideas that come from the team, building market recognition, and adding real value to the sector.
- Own and manage relationships with various research partners to deliver sector-leading reports.
- Work with agency partners to ensure that the website is clearly acting as a brochure for the brilliance within Featurespace: track and report on KPIs like website traffic, SEO, organic acquisition, search visibility, and engagement metrics, and take an iterative approach to content creation and promotion.
- Work closely with technical and commercial teams to produce content that creates demand, delivering the right content to the right contacts, on the right channel at the right time. Launch new features/products and deliver effective sales enablement material.
- Produce, deploy, and measure high-quality written and visual content such as blogs, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
- Analyze and report on the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance and evolve the tone of voice.
