Job Title: SEN Learning Support Specialist
Location: EN1
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Support Specialist to join our Primary SEN School in EN1. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to students with Autism, non-verbal communication needs, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support for students with Autism, non-verbal communication needs, and SEMH difficulties.
- Assist in delivering tailored learning interventions and activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students, especially those with Autism and SEMH needs, is essential.
- DBS clearance is required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach to working with children.
- Ability to commit to a full-time role on a long-term basis.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
