Office Operations Coordinator

Job Description
This role involves providing administrative support to the Principal, managing HR processes, and overseeing the financial administration of the academy. You will also be responsible for line managing the office team, extra-curricular activities, and midday supervisory staff. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative services and possess excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
A good level of IT literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and databases
Working knowledge and awareness of employment law, policies, and procedures
Working knowledge of safeguarding processes and legislation
Secure knowledge of HR and payroll administration
Experience of diary management for several stakeholders, including a Principal/CEO
Demonstrable experience of producing quality documentation
Experience of leading a team of people with successful outcomes
Experience of operating effective financial processes in line with procedures, legislation, and best practice
Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
