Job Title: Marketing Manager

BH Live is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns and promotional activities for our leisure centres, sports facilities, and children's attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and participation in our leisure centres and attractions.
  • Manage and coordinate the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, brochures, banners, and signage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and branded content for multiple channels, including websites, social media, and email communication tools.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, national and local press, and influencers to promote our leisure centres and attractions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on leisure and tourism.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms and email marketing software.
