Senior Speech and Language Therapist for ASD Services

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team providing services within educational settings, family hubs, and home visits.
The successful candidate will undertake Autism diagnostic assessments for 3 days a week as part of the team, writing reports that follow the DSM5 and supporting decision-making.
This role can focus on diagnostic assessments or include other Speech and Language Therapy service delivery activities, depending on the candidate’s preference.
The multidisciplinary team consists of a Speech and Language Therapist Lead, Specialist, Senior, and Junior SLTs, as well as an Early Years Teacher, Speech and Language Therapy Assistants, and a Business Support Team.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have:
- A Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) degree or masters.
- Registration with RCSLT and HCPC.
- At least 2+ years’ experience working as an SLT with children, young people, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with children and young people with an ASD diagnosis.
Preferred qualifications include training relevant to the role (ADOS) and experience in undertaking Autistic diagnostic assessments.
