Job Summary:

Fedcap Group, a leading not-for-profit organization, is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our employability solutions team, you will play a crucial role in delivering support, advice, and guidance to employers across a geographical area to enable transition into secure, suitable, and sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build relationships with key employers in the local labour market to promote, influence, and advise on how to ensure occupations are more inclusive and accessible to individuals with physical and/or mental health conditions, disabilities, and wellbeing needs.
  • Offer tailored Health and Wellbeing in-work support packages to participants and employers.
  • Deliver performance against agreed targets, including employer engagement, service, and quality.
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to support companies' staff wellbeing initiatives, such as training opportunities and awareness sessions.
  • Encourage employers to become disability confident and engage in initiatives like the Better Health at Work Awards.
  • Use wage-grant budget to incentivize employers to take on participants with complex needs.

Requirements:

  • A great communicator with enthusiasm, confidence, and a drive to deliver results.
  • Awareness and understanding of health and wellbeing and disability initiatives to support individuals into employment.
  • Understanding of employer needs, experience of training needs analysis, and organizational needs analysis.
  • Sound judgment, initiative, and drive to self-manage and achieve performance targets.
  • Resilience and determination to seek out job opportunities, coach, and motivate participants.
