**Job Description:** We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Rotational Program within L3Harris. This comprehensive, structured program offers exposure to multiple disciplines, including finance, operations, sales, program management, and contracts. The role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for the defence industry, business acumen, and leadership potential to develop into future leaders within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain processes, logistics, and production workflows.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday per year, private medical insurance, pension scheme, life assurance, group income protection, and employee assistance program. Due to the nature of our work, many roles require a UK nationality and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment must meet the requirement of right to work in the UK and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to government security checks.
