Environmental Sustainability Lead

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Lead to join our team at Arup. This key role focuses on client and market development, work-winning, and delivering high-value consultancy services.
About the RoleThis challenging position requires a motivated individual with existing environmental/sustainability consultancy experience. Key responsibilities include working in collaboration with a network of experts across Arup's offices, undertaking technical work, developing client relationships, and assisting with proposal preparation and marketing activities.
Specific duties involve helping to win work and grow our business in front-end sustainability advisory services, meeting clients and collaborators, managing projects, overseeing delivery of good quality work on time and within budget, managing client relationships on projects, and ensuring projects are delivered within the parameters of the Arup Management System.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Established climate, carbon, and ESG project experience
- Experience of developing clients and securing work
- Experience of leading the writing of analytical reports and producing strong PowerPoint presentations

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is between £60,000 and £80,000 depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a range of perks, such as health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
