At The Highfield Company, we are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Business Development Manager or Trainee Business Development Role. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key part in driving strategic growth, exploring new business avenues, and fostering lasting partnerships within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Work closely with our experienced team to identify and develop new business opportunities while building strong, enduring relationships with both current and potential clients.
  • Manage a Pipeline of Opportunities: Assist in managing a pipeline of opportunities across designated sectors to drive growth and revenue generation for our company.
  • Build Relationships with Stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning The Highfield Company as a trusted partner in the construction industry.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly communicative, adaptable, and motivated candidate with a genuine interest in business development and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in a business development / sales role is advantageous but not essential. A knowledge of the construction industry is crucial for this position.

Remuneration Package:

You will receive a competitive salary package with a car/travel allowance, 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, a group personal pension scheme, life assurance (3x basic salary), and access to the Medicash scheme. Our estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on your level of experience.
