Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Real Estate and Corporate Services teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work closely with our management and junior staff to achieve and meet their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main liaison and point of contact for certain clients;
- Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our funds and corporate services;
- Mentoring junior members of staff and reviewing their work to ensure it meets our high standards;
- Attending training sessions to learn new skills and enhance your abilities;
- Collaborating with our fund accountants to prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports;
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and completing all statutory filings and reporting requirements;
- Dealing with client transactions and coordinating investor servicing activities;
- Assisting with various business projects as necessary;
- Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Your Profile
- You are a qualified or working towards being qualified governance professional (preferable ICSA Diploma);
- You have at least 3 years of experience in funds administration, corporate services, or private equity & debt;
- You are adaptable and able to use appropriate software and systems;
- You possess strong team spirit, excellent client relationship building skills, and the ability to take initiative when needed.
