Growth-Focused Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Growth-Focused Account Manager to join our team at Dee Set Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing effective strategies to expand our client base.

This role involves managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular reports on account status to drive informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client base, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure all customer database information is up-to-date, lead communication through regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, and email, and project manage to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working at a senior level in major retailers or a strong account management background (desirable).
  • Able to use Microsoft Office packages.
  • Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
