**Job Summary**
We are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant Role in a special school in Birmingham, West Midlands.
The role involves supporting class teachers with lesson preparation, assisting pupils during lessons, and meeting their care needs throughout the school day.
This is a full-time position starting from January, and we are looking for someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
About Our School**
Our school provides an outstanding education in a caring environment for pupils aged from 2-19 years with various learning difficulties and sensory impairments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the school.
Key Responsibilities**
- Support class teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
- Assist pupils during lessons and provide additional support as needed
- Meet the care needs of pupils throughout the school day
Salary & Benefits**
A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus benefits such as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
