As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the electrical maintenance team during your shift, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

About the Role:

  • Manage and execute high voltage (HV) electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, especially concerning HV equipment and procedures.
  • Oversee and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance schedules for HV equipment to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during electrical emergencies, coordinating response activities to mitigate risks and restore operations promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, incidents, and equipment performance. Provide regular shift reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Educated to NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience within critical maintenance environments.
  • Multiskilled with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
