**About the Role**

\

Best Selection is seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. This position requires a multidisciplinary systems instrumentation hardware or development engineer with expertise in systems, including mechanics, electronics, motion control, optics, and software.

\

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

\

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Apply systems thinking to define and manage system specifications and breakdowns ensuring alignment with project goals and performance criteria.\
  • Assess, manage, and improve system performance ensuring a clear understanding of how each module impacts overall system performance.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate complex systems incorporating mechanical, electrical, control, and software components.\
  • Work hands-on with equipment and apparatus to build an in-depth understanding of machine operating characteristics and prove performance of implemented designs.\
  • Prepare and maintain various types of documentation.\
  • Support applications, manufacturing, and service in fault identification and resolution.\
