About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Driver Trainee to join our team at Westbourne Motors Careers. As a Recovery Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for recovering vehicles following breakdowns or accidents within a 100 km radius working area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recover vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in comprehensive induction training to develop industry-recognized skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years driving experience.
  • Technical background is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and sometimes in difficult conditions.
  • CRB checks will be conducted on all candidates.

Shift Pattern:

The shift pattern for this role includes alternate weekends. You will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with some flexibility to accommodate changing business needs.
