About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Driver Trainee to join our team at Westbourne Motors Careers. As a Recovery Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and vehicle recovery services in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer service and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a vehicle recovery service, responding to breakdowns and accidents within a 100 km radius.
  • Work in all weather conditions, sometimes in difficult conditions, to recover customers.
  • Participate in comprehensive induction training to develop industry-recognised skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years driving experience.
  • Technical background is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible shift patterns.
  • CRB checks will be conducted on all candidates.
