About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recovery Driver Trainee to join our team at Westbourne Motors. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a solution that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude, and providing support and guidance when needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
