Be the Hero on the Roadside

As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your role will be to provide a safe and reassuring presence, ensuring our customers feel supported and cared for during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide roadside assistance to our members
  • Operate a range of recovery vehicles, including HGVs and LGVs
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Cat C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally Cat CE (HGV 1) licence
  • Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
