Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives? As a Roadside Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. Your expertise and calm demeanor will help them feel safe and supported, even in the most challenging situations.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work independently to resolve issues and provide top-notch service. Your ability to think on your feet and adapt to new situations will be invaluable in this role.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is able to communicate effectively with customers, and has a strong sense of empathy. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members in need of roadside assistance
  • Work independently to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adapt to new situations and challenges with a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) and ideally the CE (HGV 1) licence too
  • A Driver CPC (certificate of professional competence) qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new technology
  • A strong sense of empathy and ability to communicate effectively with customers
