Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing Capital Developments within the hospital, ensuring compliance with Estates and Facilities related Regulations.

Main Duties of the Job

The Senior Capital Development Manager will be a key role for the Trust, supporting the Associate Director of Capital Development in the delivery of the Trust's Capital Plan. The post includes the delivery of Capital schemes for all building and engineering matters associated with the Trust, with values from £5k upwards to £20m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the provision of Building Improvement schemes through construction and engineering contractors and external specialist consultants and surveyors.
  • Ensure compliance with Estates and Facilities related Regulations.
  • Deliver Capital schemes to agreed costs, timescales, and quality standards.
