AppZen is seeking an experienced EMEA Partnerships Strategist to execute its partnerships strategy in EMEA. You'll help to craft the strategy and drive revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with our partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS market.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Partner Manager to execute our partnerships strategy in EMEA. You'll help to craft the strategy and drive revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with our partners. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential partners, enabling and engaging partners, and nurturing relationships so that both AppZen and our partners get the most out of each other.

This role will report into the Director of Alliances.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop mutually beneficial and trusted relationships with new and existing partners in EMEA, including technology partners and systems integrators.
  2. Identify and recruit potential partners that fit AppZen's overall Partnerships strategy.
  3. Develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and pipeline generation from partners.
  4. Work with partners to generate pipeline according to company goals in order to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Co-selling with partners and serving as the primary point of contact with your partners to address their needs and concerns while also enabling both AppZen and our partners to close deals.
  6. Lead and facilitate yearly planning sessions, QBRs, and regular partner meetings to maintain partner engagement.
