Returns Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Returns Team Leader to join our Warehouse team at Oliver Bonas. As a key member of our Returns Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our returns process, from receipt to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process returned stock from website via external carrier services and store via internal drivers and external carrier services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of returns data, including damaged stock trend analysis, and feed back to relevant departments.
  • Complete all associated paperwork and system updates to ensure accurate stock processing.
  • Redistribute stock to relevant pick locations in the warehouse, web fulfillment, and stores.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate inventory movement to quarantined locations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate paperwork for refund purposes and within agreed SLAs.
  • Gain a full understanding of our warehouse management system (Peoplevox), stores EPOS system (Futura), and ecommerce platform (Magento).
  • Review returns processes to establish productivity and efficiency improvements for both stores and fulfillment.
  • Conduct team 1:1s with the support of the Head of Fulfillment and Returns, providing coaching and constructive feedback on performance.
  • Implement KPIs to ensure the team achieves agreed productivity targets in all returns tasks.
