Join Our Team as a Skilled Administrator

FY Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our EA/Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a boutique financial services environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for career development, offering exposure to a high-profile industry and a close-knit team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a small team and supporting the directors' families with private duties.

About the Role:

  • Support the EA/Office Manager in managing the workload of the directors
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements for directors and their families
  • Liaise with high-profile stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks, including expense management and project administration
  • Assist with operational tasks, such as onboarding and HR
  • Organize events, lunches, and parties
  • Meet and greet clients, set up meeting rooms, and ensure AV equipment is ready
  • Run personal errands and assist with private duties

Compensation and Benefits:
