A highly motivated and organized Team Administrator is sought by a boutique Investment Company in Knightsbridge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the management team with daily tasks, including email management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
- Assist Executive Assistants with various duties such as report writing, data entry, and filing.
- Take on additional responsibilities during peak periods or when Executive Assistants are absent.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized office environment.
- Pursue special projects as needed.
- A degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
£55,000 - £70,000 per year.
