Secondary Education Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secondary Education Assistant to join our team at a mainstream Secondary school in Warwick. As a Learning Environment Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-set work is completed to a high standard, behaviour in the classroom is well-managed, and additional help is provided with classroom tasks when needed.

About the Role

This role requires minimal planning or preparation, allowing you to focus on providing support to students. You will need to be a proactive individual who can think on your feet when students require additional work or need adjustments to the task at hand.

Competitive Salary

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, paid on a PAYE basis. This means you can rest assured that you are paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance, with no admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
