Job Summary

This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities within our customer base and driving sales growth through the promotion of our key products and services. This will be achieved through independent customer calls as well as collaboration with our sales teams in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.

  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers in partnership with our sales teams to build positive relationships and generate future sales and repeat business.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and features.

  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret and deliver data.

  • 7-10 years of experience in medical sales.

  • Strong management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, and mentor team members for high performance.

  • Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills.

  • Understand and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability.

  • Ability to plan and manage successful projects.

  • Lead teams to achieve company goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and techniques.

  • Broad professional and managerial skills with a good understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

Travel and Physical Demands

Travel typically over 50% within an assigned territory including local and overnight travel. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
