Capital Equipment Sales Specialist

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to promote key company products and offerings within Henry Schein accounts. The successful candidate will advance sales in this segment through independent account calls and collaboration with Medical Field Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers in partnership with Field Sales Consultants to build positive relationships and generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and features.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret and deliver data.
  • Strong management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop, and mentor team members for high performance.
  • Excellent independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Understand and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability.
  • Ability to plan and manage successful projects.
  • Lead team(s) to achieve company goals in creative and effective ways.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and techniques.
  • Broad professional and managerial skills with a good understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
Travel and Physical Demands:

Travel typically over 50% within an assigned territory including local and overnight travel.
