Learning and Development Specialist Job Description

Dunbar Education is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective educational programs that meet the needs of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for teachers and staff
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Valid teaching certification
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
