Operations Planner - Data Centre Operations

Office Angels is seeking an experienced Operations Planner to join their expanding team in the Data Centre Operations Department.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, Docklands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating high-level plans and maintenance schedules for activities across the data centre campus.
  • Monitoring and tracking department projects, reporting on progress, and highlighting risks and potential delays.
  • Updating the facilities management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data integrity.
  • Auditing the system to ensure correct setup of planned works for third-party sub-contractors and the current facilities management provider.
  • Ensuring newly handed over assets are correctly configured on the system.
  • Overseeing the receipt of service reports for each scheduled maintenance task and identifying any gaps or risks.
  • Assisting with the smooth approval of monthly facilities management billing applications by reviewing completed works.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a facilities maintenance coordination role or similar.
  • Preferably experience in asset management.
  • Experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications sector is a bonus, although training will be provided.
