Industrial Automation Sales Representative

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Channel Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve collaborating with distributors to drive revenue growth in the UK, Scotland, and Ireland territories.
Job Summary:
This role requires an ambitious and results-driven professional who can effectively manage existing distributor networks, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans to meet ambitious growth targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel development;
- Maintain and expand existing distributor networks, ensuring seamless support and collaboration;
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical products and solutions to meet customer needs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives;
- Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within industrial automation or solution/project sales;
- Excellent understanding of flexible automation concepts and their value proposition;
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to present complex ideas to clients, prospects, and education centers;
- Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
What We Offer:
