About the Role

The Department Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. This includes setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and managing scheduling.

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and inventory management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to inform commercial strategies.
