Group Financial Operations Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting department, driving financial transformation, and delivering project outcomes. This is a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, process improvements, and strategic alignment with Allianz's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Change Management:
- Lead and manage financial transformation initiatives within the accounting department.
- Drive the adoption of new financial systems, tools, and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Project Management:
- Lead and oversee finance-related projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
- Office Organisation:
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the finance department, optimising office workflows and processes.
- Project Management: Strong skills in project planning, execution, and risk management; PMP or Prince2 certification is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (required).
