We are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider for an experienced Theatre Scrub Specialist to join their team in Guildford. This is a senior level role requiring significant experience in Theatre Scrub and the ability to act as a role model for more junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in scrub nursing or operating department practice, with a strong understanding of theatre operations. They will be responsible for liaising with Sterile Services, supporting patient care, and aiding in the training and development of junior team members.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, plus benefits and paid enhancements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in scrub nursing or operating department practice
  • Strong understanding of theatre operations and procedures
  • Ability to act as a role model for junior team members
