Front of House Team Member Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our Front of House Team as a Front of House Team Member. This is a part-time, permanent contract position at our Croydon Purley Way club.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, greet members and visitors warmly, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our reception and café areas. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, and you will play a key role in ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment for all.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, and making sure everyone feels valued.
  • Support the café team with preparing and serving fresh, healthy, and nutritional food and drinks.
  • Support the Lifeguard team with breaks, and participate in a lifeguard course provided free of charge.
