  • Main Responsibilities
    • Technical Interface Analysis
      • Document and evaluate technical interfaces between systems
      • Collaborate with suppliers to clarify requirements and evaluate solution proposals
    • Test and Deployment Support
      • Support testing and deployment of new developments
      • Work with testers and business owners to identify and report issues
    • Training and Documentation
      • Develop training materials for business users
      • Prepare and deliver training sessions
    • Process Improvement
      • Analyze and improve air sales processes
      • Resolve technical issues related to GDS and desktop tools
  • Key Skills and Qualifications
    • Technical Knowledge
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
      • Understanding of TCP/IP and current IT architecture
    • Business Acumen
      • Knowledge of the travel industry and tour operators
      • Understanding of commercial and technical issues in selling air travel
    • Experience
      • Experience working with GDS and technical aggregators
      • Knowledge of relational databases and query technology
