About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation / GDS Analyst to join our team at Kuoni. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our air travel systems, ensuring seamless integration with our global distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve air travel systems, ensuring seamless integration with global distribution systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of air travel industry, including current IT architecture approaches and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve our air travel systems.
Requirements
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel, with familiarity with Powerpoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
  • High-level understanding of current IT architecture approaches and networking.
  • Good knowledge of how the travel industry and especially tour operators work, from commercial, operational, and technical points of view.
  • Thorough appreciation of the commercial and technical issues involved in selling leisure air travel.
