CMS Content Specialist

Job Summary:
VIPU Limited is seeking a highly skilled CMS Content Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a CMS Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and updating content on our client's e-commerce website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Add new products to the website and update existing product listings, including product descriptions, images, and multimedia content.
- Promotional Offer Management: Create and manage promotional offers and banners within the CMS.
- Quality Assurance: Provide QA support following guidelines set by the QA team.
- Best Practice Promotion: Follow and promote best practices.
- Brand Team Support: Responsibility for CMS for your allocated brand team.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Supporting with the presentation of work to key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business.
Key Skills and Experience:
- CMS Experience: Strong background working on CMS projects within e-commerce organisations, ideally Drupal,.Net.
- Technical Skills: Good experience working with HTML, CSS, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Promotional Offer Management: Experience in creating and managing promotional offers within a CMS – and understanding of the mechanics behind this (e.g. pricing strategies, discount structures etc.).
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Working with cross-functional teams, including technical and design teams – requires excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Project Management Tools: Experience using Jira, Confluence.
- Adaptability: Our client is looking for a dynamic individual who is able to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

- Duration: 6 months initial with view to extend
- IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)
- Rate: £300 - £330 per day
- Location: Hybrid – London
