About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and confident Content Creation Manager to play a key role within our Adoption team, which sits within the Change and Transformation function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality learning materials to facilitate the successful adoption of new and existing tools, processes, and methodologies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Learning Material Creation: Design and develop engaging learning materials that cater to the needs of the target audience, ensuring a seamless adoption experience.
- Needs Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify specific requirements, objectives, and expectations, and develop comprehensive plans to meet these needs.
- Utilization of Tools and Technologies: Leverage a range of tools and technologies to create and deliver content that resonates with the target audience, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular evaluations of content effectiveness and the overall learning experience, incorporating feedback and industry best practices to enhance the content and content creation process.
- Standardization through Templates: Develop and maintain firm-wide templates and guides to establish a consistent standard for content creation, ensuring a unified approach to content development.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring support to Adoption Managers in the realm of content creation, sharing insights, best practices, and collaborative strategies to empower team members.
- Internal Brand Creation: Develop and maintain an internal brand identity for the Adoption and Business Improvement Team, defining brand elements such as visual design, messaging, and tone to establish a cohesive and recognizable presence within the organization.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Content Creation Manager with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in content creation within the legal or professional services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry nuances and requirements, a robust portfolio showcasing creativity, skills, and expertise, and a strong knowledge base in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and content development best practices.
The successful candidate will be passionate about continuous learning and innovation, actively seeking novel approaches to enhance the learning experience and content creation process. A relevant qualification in education, communication, instructional design, or a related field is desirable, as is proficiency in various content creation and delivery tools and technologies.
