CMS Assistant Job Description

VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled CMS Assistant to support the management and updating of content on our client's e-commerce website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adding new products to the website and updating existing product listings, including product descriptions, images, and multimedia content.
  • Creating and managing promotional offers and banners within the CMS.
  • Providing QA support following guidelines set by the QA team.
  • Following and promoting best practices.
  • Responsibility for CMS for your allocated brand team.
  • Supporting with the presentation of work to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background working on CMS projects within e-commerce organisations, ideally Drupal,.Net.
  • Good experience working with HTML, CSS, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Experience in creating and managing promotional offers within a CMS – and understanding of the mechanics behind this (e.g. pricing strategies, discount structures etc.).
  • Working with cross-functional teams, including technical and design teams – requires excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence.
  • Our client is looking for a dynamic individual who is able to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Role Details:

  • Role: CMS Assistant
  • Duration: 6 months initial with view to extend
  • IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)
  • Rate: £300 - £330 per day
  • Location: Hybrid – London
